BlueRoom Biometrics collects information as follows:

• Personal Information: We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other contact details. 

• Location Data: Location data is collected to find and pair nearby Garmin wearables. Location data is not stored, collected or shared in any way for any purpose. 

• Biometric Data: We gather biometric data from your Garmin wearable device, including, but not limited to, heart rate variability, stress levels, oxygen saturation, step count and other health metrics. This data is used to monitor the biometrics of up to four individuals simultaneously and provide insights during training sessions.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Enable multi-person monitoring and real-time data display.

• Analyze biometric data to inform training adjustments and improve the simulation experience.

• Provide detailed debriefing functionality for simulation training facilitators.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties .

4. Garmin SDK

Our application integrates with Garmin's Software Development Kit (SDK) to collect biometric data directly from Garmin wearable devices. It is important to note that Garmin does not collect, sell, or use the data obtained through the SDK for any purpose. The integration strictly serves to facilitate data transfer from the Garmin devices to our app for use as described in this policy.

We ensure that the third-party code used in our app complies with Google Play Developer Program policies, particularly regarding the access, use, and sharing of user data. Our third-party SDK providers are also required to comply with these policies and do not engage in the sale of personal and sensitive user data collected from our app.

 

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. Despite our efforts, no security measures are completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

Data is not retained ​through the mobile application.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

No data is saved or recorded on the back-end, thus ​there will be no records for users to request to see or ask to have deleted.
